About
Scott is a 40-year-old native of Cleveland, OH and has been involved in professional Catholic youth and family ministry for over 18 years. He is in his 17th year at his current position as the Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries at St. Joseph & St. Patrick Parishes in York, PA.
He holds a BA in History from New Mexico State University and attended Franciscan University of Steubenville for two years. He envisioned and developed the Fan the Fire Youth Rallies: Eucharistic-centered events for high school students that draw upwards of 500-800 people annually in both York, PA and Newtown, CT.
He speaks at the parish, diocesan and national level to both teens and adults. Scott has been married for 18 years to his beautiful bride Teresa and they currently have seven children: Mary Kate, Cecilia, John Paul, Max, Rose, Benedict and Joseph. His favorite cheese is Swiss and he will do almost anything to help teens get closer to Jesus including chunky ballet or playing sports to the point of chaffing or injury.
